*cheers* Go Buffy! I hate how everyone thinks they can tell her what to do, that they know what is best for her. It just goes to point out the most simple and strongest point of life. that totally sucks joyce didn't even hear buffy out. that is really unlike her. and on the show she always kinda liked spike. Very disappointed by her behavior. But happy to see Buffy not pretend to be happy about what happened

i'm disappointed in joyce, i figured she would at least be on their side. if buffy didn't want to go through with it, she should have respected that. since when does spike do what he's told? claim or no claim, he still should choose to stay there just because buffy is, if he cares about her at all. i hope they both come to their senses soon, but i like that she seemed to a little at the end.
