Love the connection and the secret of using his blood in her drug. Though it may have helped with their connection, there are clearly some things fate cant fight. And to think, this is another one of Spike's plans not going to plan. :)

Author's Response: If it weren't for the Spike's presence in her blood, he would probably have killed her. It establishes the possibility of both of them seeing deep inside the other, see who they really are inside. As you said, even the fate can't fight the pull between them. ;) Hee... we all know that Spike's plan never go well... must be that he never follows through on them. lol Thank you for the yummy review!!! :D

Glad that Spike found Buffy, hope that she realizes that she was abused and victimized and is not responsible for the treatment she received. Only Spike can restore her self-worth and make her push her feelings of disgust away for what was done to her.

Time to open up a can of Lucas whooping and hunt down all those who tormented her while she was defenseless. It would serve Lucas well to take the place the slayer was in and suffer that kind of treatment. Look forward to more chapters.

Author's Response: Spike'll try, but he's a man, and they're not always best at figuring out a woman's mood! lol But he'll do everything in his power to show Buffy how beautiful he thinks she is... she'll need that! The time will come when Buffy will need to revenge herself and face the demons (literal and methaporical), and then Lukas will definitelly be in for a big and painful surprise! Ah the drug? So Lukas will be in trouble now, Buffy was different already. Makes me wonder how the slayer will react to Spike. OH! Especially if it was Spike's blood. Interesting... and I wonder what "alien presence within her" means now. The Uber-Slayer? Mmmh the connection is indeed very strong between them.
