Glad to see that Angel is aware of a few things, cause I do not get the impression that pissing off Rupert Giles leads to good things happening to people. And I find it interesting that Angel is so ready to believe that Spike did make the right decision, given that he's so intent on breaking up him and Buffy. Well, I just want more, is that a bad thing? Please, update soon. :)

Author's Response: Thanks BuffyRat. Angel has been around a LONG time and has lots of baggage. Some of which I will reveal soon. Giles has proven himself to be a nontrustworthy person, and now everyone is on alert. Want more? No problem. I am writing a chapter today!

Ugh, I have been so blah. Second time I read this chapter...I don't think it registered the first time around. My mind has been fuzzled *giggles I just made my own word*

Had a feeling Spike wasn't going to fall for Giles line of crap. Yup, that's right, crap. I know we get a looksee into Giles thoughts, but I have to wonder if you, kitten, are keeping us guessing. You definitely have the 'kitten' thing down, lol. Sneaky, unpredictable, and ready to pounce at any given moment. Sneak attack, huh?

Now Angel has me confused. He seems like he disapproves of Spike and Buffy, yet he becomes take charge guy and calls Giles on a few things that don't add up? I'm wondering if it's a ruse (if that's spelled wrong...sue me lol...I'm tired and yeah blah - don't feel like checking, lol) that he dislikes what's happening between Buffy and Spike, but playing caution because he doesn't want her hurt...or is it something else? Hmm I will think on that...later when I'm more perky? More alive? Awake? With it? Glad Spike is with it, and on the ball. Takes pointers from Spike...

Sorry it took incredibly long to get to this...I was on the side of not talky...One of those weeks, I guess?

Interested to know more and what is up Ruperts sleeve, and mysterious Angel - what's up with him...ooh questions, questions! Great update! *Hugs!*

Giles did try to spoon feed everyone crap, too bad for him he couldn't pull it off. But he has more sneaky tricks up his tweedy sleeves.
Angel's biggest concern is Buffy right now. keeping her safe, close, and out of danger. So if that means he has to be nice to Spike for a little while, it's the lesser of 2 evils. Be patient, Angel's behavior and reasons will be revealed in due time. I am working on a new chapter now, about half way done, so some more stuff for you to ponder coming up. *hugs* and yeah. I know the non talky :P

I'm so happy Spike told Giles to sod off basically. I love the S/B united front . So cute.
I hope nothing happens to him on his walk alone. *bites nails* Now I'm all worried for him. At least it looks like Angel does care. And Giles is EVIL! What will he do now?

Aww poor Spike *cuddles him* He had such high hopes. But it's good that he didn't get suckered in by Giles' caring and concerned act. Giles really is an evil ass in this one lol

It turned out it wasn't needed, but that was very smart of Angel to plant the recorder - he can have a good idea once in a while! heehee

I'm thinking that Spike shouldn't have gone for that walk alone... Giles is all pissed off now and might try doing something drastic *bites nails*

Wow, Angel is actually worried about them now. Wanting to mke sure they're safe. I hope there isn't any alterior motives behind that.

I have to say that I don't like Giles in this fic, he is a dick. He obviously wants what is *not* best for Spike and Buffy, and that is a very bad, mean Giles.

I hope Spike will be okay on his walk all alone.

Clever idea with the digital recorder... especially after what Giles thought he wanted to do.
But it seems they won't need it now. Spike didn't agree with Giles (and at the moment it sounds like a very good idea to do). Neither is Giles honest, he's lying and hiding.
Bad to know he'll endanger Buffy now. And Spike.
But good to see the update. :)
