Finally caught up! I hate it when I fall behind in stories. I LOVE how she wooed him like how he did so long ago. It was simply perfect. Who couldn't resist an apology like that. And once again, Clem is great and you have made him such a great addition to this story. Glad she worked on herself before being with Spike. You made it very understandable why the relationship broke up without making us (at least me) hate either of the characters. Can't wait to read the last one! :-)

Author's Response: Yeah I loved Clem too. There isn't enough Clem in stories on any site. I really enjoyed writing him to. I'm glad that you didn't 'hate' either of them. That was never my intentions for that. I'm glad that you enjoyed

I read this whole story and I wished I found it sooner. I just read the whole thing now. I'm tired but couldn't stop reading. Forgive me if my review doesn't make sense since I can barely keep my eyes open but wanted to leave a review. I don't even know if there are words to say how much I love this story. Honestly, I think a big part of the reason why I love this story so much is because I think it is nice to see an AU Spuffy story where Buffy is the one who broke Spike's heart for one reason and another. Where she is the one who had to suffered the consequences for that. Wasn't like she was written as this bad and cruel person like the way Spike is written sometimes. I don't read those stories because I'm got sick of the Spike equals evil. Buffy is this sweet girl who basically can do no wrong. Then Spike changes for Buffy and has to earn Buffy's trust and forgiveness back. Every time I see those type of stories posted in my mind, I'm all like another one of these type of stories. I don't think I would mind them so much if there were more stories written where Buffy is this bitch of a woman and treats Spike badly. Maybe, not necessary that she has to treat Spike badly but at least have her realize what a good man Spike is. Then learns to be a better person and has to earn back his trust. I'm like it isn't just men who could be mean and cruel. Women can be very bitches and vicious. So, it was a great pleasure for me to read an AU Spuffy story where Buffy has to earn back Spike's trust. I was like finally. And isn't like you made Buffy into this cruel person either like some people make Spike into. Spike wasn't written as an innocent person who can do no wrong either. He slept around and used drugs at one point in his life. He was looked as the one who didn't have 'morals' because of the type of lawyer he was and the law firm he worked for. So, it isn't like you written Spike as a person who can do no wrong. I'm not saying people can't write what they want. That people can't do what they want with their characters. It is their story not mine. I'm just saying that it is very refreshing to me to see an AU story where Buffy has to earn back Spike's trust. Where Buffy is the one who messed things up between them and suffers the consequences for it later. So, I really enjoyed this story. I also find it funny to see that some reviewers were like Buffy isn't all to blame. It takes two to tango and stuff like that. I don't think I really see people say that when it is the other way around. Every time people think there is Buffy 'bashing' then they get their knickers in a bunch. But when there is Spike 'bashing' then I don't see anybody say anything like that. And Spike gets far more bashed in AU Spuffy stories than Buffy. I many stories you see Spike as a jerk and an ass. While Buffy is written as a sweet girl who is too good for him. Yet, I see no one complain about Spike 'bashing'. I always wondered about that. The only I can think of is because mostly women are the readers. So, they have to stick up for their fellow woman in Buffy. But Spike is a man so men can equal being an ass. Not all women are good and sweet. I apologize for going off but this is a big pet peeve of mine. I apologize. Another thing I would like to say is that I love how your portrayed Spike in this story. Like you can't judge a book by its cover. You know. How Spike is this lawyer and works for a law firm that is probably known for like no morals or anything and all that stuff. But Spike is a good man if people go to know know. While Buffy is probably looked as a good girl who has morals. Buffy is a good girl and not saying she isn't. But that doesn't mean that you can't make big mistakes or hurt other people. Very good lesson to learn. That you can't judge a book by its cover. I think that is about it. I can't think of anything else to say. I say that like I said only a little. LOL I'm just trying to get my tired mind to think of anything more I like to add. I can't think of anything else I want to say. If I think of anything else then expect a review from me later. Of course I'm going to review the last chapter once you post it. So, expect a review from me later regardless. Thanks so much for this wonderful story. There are no words to say how much I enjoyed this story.

Author's Response: first off I would like to ask, why didn't you leave your name? LOL! I want to thank you directly not just your words, but you. I'm glad that you decided to read my story and is overjoyed that you loved it. what you said is exactly what i was going for in this story. I don't like bashing Buffy nor Spike, I just like to portray people just being that, people. Writing all of them; good, bad and otherwise. the last chapter is going to be posted very soon. if you do leave another review, please leave your name. if you don't want to that's fine. Either way, I hope you enjoy the end. Thank you again!

I absolutely love this chapter! I loved how everything finally came together, nothing left hanging. I feel bad that you don't get more reviews. this story clearly shows that you put a lot of time and effort in your writing and it's a shame that others don't tell you what a great job you have done. Don't let this deter you from writing. It would be a shame if you stopped due to people being stingy with their reviews!

Author's Response: thank you sooo much! to be honest it is hard when I don't get reviews not only good ones, but the bad too. It helps me as a writer to know what my readers want. It also helps to know if my vision is coming through with my writing. I appreciate your comment and thank you so much for your review and continued reading

I'm glad Spike owned up to his part in their break up. it was good Buffy went to visit her Dad and layed the cards on the table and had it out with him. Since that's where it all began. Loved it!

Author's Response: I'm so glad that you enjoyed this chapter. I wanted to wrap everything up before the last chapter. Hopefully I accomplished that

Heh sorry, the 150 are regarding the review to the last chapter. -> Well I had a big Italian wedding with over 150 people, that's why I felt that under a hundred was small!

I wondered if BUffy had given up after hearing she didn't call in the last two month. But a nice surprise how she came back, sending gifts.
I liked Spike telling Buffy it wasn't only her fault it didn't end well before.

Author's Response: Thank you for reading and reviewing. I really enjoy hearing from my readers how they like/disliked my story. i'm glad that you liked
