I love the story so far... from the single chapter I've read. I mean, I'm going to be reading the others now, but I just wanted to ask you something first. I checked out your profile and saw that you were from Germany--so English is your second language? That's really amazing. How did you get so adept at another language?

Author's Response: Yes I'm a German. You are the first one to mention that. It's funny, I think I would never have started writing in my own language - really! I was using English a lot in my job but I got quite fluent by watching DVD and TV in the original language - which started end 2006 with Buffy. That's also why I ended up a JM fan because I concentrated so much on the audio - close your eyes and listen to him, you don't need his looks to just love him :-) I started writing lyrics for the Firefly Music Project (if you like Firefly, check out myspace/fireflyfilk) and this year Puddinhead coached me into writing fiction. I have really good betas who help me with the 'Americanisms'. My worst problem: I hear the story and there are so many words who sound nearly the same and are written differently (cheap/cheep, couch/coach, loose/lose etc.) They just haunt me... OK, this was rather long now. I hope you'll enjoy my version of a season six. 2011-11-15 c42
