I'm w/ Joyce, I'm like "Are you sure you don't want one more day of rest?". But then again, I'm not a slayer. Buffy and Spike are just so sweet together. I love how she was the one who was disappointed that Spike didn't utilize the clotted cream!

Too bad Xander and Dav's talk was interrupted, they really could use an honest conversation. Dav is definitely caught in a tight, uncomfortable situation. Maybe she should just lay low for awhile. Definitely tricky.

Can't wait until the next chapter! This story is so nerve-wracking. Maggie is so so scary.

Author's Response: I thought of that when I was writing it and it seemed like Buffy would feel her best doing something. Glad you like Buffy and Spike together! Wouldn't you have been disappointed;) Dav stuff will get trickier. Thanks so much for the comment!

The dynamics between all the characters are fun to watch. Sometimes it's difficult to write scenes with that many characters in them, but you wrote is SO well. Awesome with zero confusion as to who's saying/doing what. Also, great and very appropriate reference to Dr. Mengele. Can't wait to read more!! :)
