Oh, you ARE evil! Amazing how telling us exactly what is going to happen (probably) just makes me want to get there way faster. The only thing I can say, I think we are all underestimating William. There are a lot of bad things that happened in the time between William vamping and becoming Spike that clearly shaped him, but a simpering mama's boy would not have survived it. I want to see our boy William pull out his inner Spike and kick some PTWB ass! And even if Buffy doesn't remember, those two always had a thing, something in the air, unexplainable and terribly important. It may not wake up in bed with her wiped memory tomorrow, but it will be there. See me doing this amazing job of convincing myself it's not THAT bad. Looking forward to the telling! Update soon!

I think the key thing that reviewers are missing is the blatant disrespect paid to tractors. The author snidely assumes that the sexy tractor song is unappealing, inferring that tractors themselves lack something when it comes to sensuality.

We have come a long, long way and like the first brave reviewer - we will no longer tolerate this kind of abuse from punk mouth kids.

Did people only focus on your Fox News joke and completely forget that freaking Warren! has just graced Buffy with his creepy presence? I haven't read any stories recently where people have tried to bring him back in any capacity, so I definitely didn't see that coming. I'll be eagerly waiting for your next update!

Like "Yours, William", this is an entertaining story, but I think this chapter could have benefitted from some tighter editing. I also didn't care much for the unnecessary cheap shot at Fox News.

Author's Response: If there was a cheap shot, it was at Kim Kardashian, who may be a media hound, but isn't evil. In your honor I will be writing a dream sequence in which Buffy has a freaky 3-way with Glenn Beck and a bowl of angel hair pasta - playing a game called "Noodle or Not?" Watch for it!

And that creature in the crate, with her silent little women, gotta wonder if it's Dru, and if it isn't, what other crazy vampire has a porcelain army? And that dark haired specter? I'm so excited to see this sequel! I read Yours, William on EF and loved it, especially the Victorian context. The Spuffy is so sweet here, and the ship setting so cool.

Such a wonderful 1st chapter showing their new adventure, of course the box of horrors in the ship's hold can never be good news. Elizabeth doesn't have her slaying powers, so short of making a weapon out of what is available on the unsuspecting ship, they are both on the menu! Look forward to more!

I am so glad to see bits of this world continued, even if we don't get to dump pudding on anyone's head, it really is awesome to see them living life, even if it may get a bit challenging. What a wonderful start! I love your descriptions of the ship and the era. And Buffy's forays into 21st century lingo - that's priceless. This is so well written that it boggles my mind. Let's have some more, shall we (cringes at the thought of the darkness though).
