Just started ready this story. The 1st chapter has definitely peaked my interest. Giles started so great, sad where he ended, but he's only human unfortunately. Some parents just don't trust their kids to make the right decision, love clouds the brain.

Author's Response: Thank you for being my first reviewer here on Spuffy Realm! In Giles' case I always wonder how much love had to do with the way he manipulated Buffy and kept things from her. Ah well, it's done now. I hope you enjoy future chapters!
