No angst? I bet it was sufficiently angsty for poor Spike in the mids of all those pads ;)
I am so happy to read another (completed) story in this universe again!

Author's Response: No angst in the very first chapter will be made up for later! Have no fear, angst will rear its tearful head before too long. :) Keep the tissues handy! Hope you enjoy! Thanks for reading and stopping in!

Too long...not at all!! It was a perfekt start for what I can only assume will be an angsty story about our favorite family. I can't wait to see what you have in store for us. I was so pleased to see another Unexpected Universe story, and I'm so happy that I have several chapters ahead of me. Have to say that Spike coming for Annies rescue is one of my all time cutest spike scenes. Such a caring and devoted father, and such a typical man. I laughed out loud reading that :) good thing because knowing your muse the angst will follow soon enough.

Author's Response: Hi Catrine! You assume correctly! There are only rare cases that my muse comes up with something without angst. It's his favorite hobby - making me cry! Glad I got some good laughs from you - Poor Spike ... he's surrounded by women ... on the other hand, he probably loves that. Even if it means venturing into the Hellmouth of Walmart: the feminine hygiene aisle! LOL! Don't be a stranger - love hearing from U!

Loved Spikes maxi pad revue. Some places really aren't meant for men. :) And Troy did indeed handle things pretty well. Glad he's rethinking calling Faith "Ma'am". Still don't think I'm a ma'am either. :) Gonna happen one of these days...

Author's Response: Hi BR!! Oh, don't I know - nothing can get under my skin more than someone calling me 'ma'am' LOL! Poor Spike ... he came through though. I was originally gonna have someone (Wanda?) come to his rescue, but thought ... naaaa - he can handle it! :) Troy did well to not soil himself ... he's a pretty tough guy, apparently. Thanks so much for reading and stopping in! Always love hearing from U!

I see you are back with a new installment in the universe. I hope this installment won't have me reading with my eyes partially closed. I am noe worried for the entire Weckerly family. Great story so far. Loved Spike being the hero for Annie and the griling of Troy.

Author's Response: Hi Bridget ... It won't be as gory as the last one, if that's what made your eyes squint. There will be lots of action and angst and some people might be a little .... surprised later with how things have turned out in the Gift-less universe. Glad you enjoyed Spike's Spanish Inq. and being Annie's hero. He's such a renaissance man! :)

Ooooo, away for awhile and now I have this new installment to read. Loved reading the history before the chapter, you can probably outline a family tree drawing, it would be cute. Spike was a hero in this to Anne, braving the world of feminine products, the kids asking about the sex products was hilarious. Ya know, if Spike wanted to run a business, he could run patent bottled preserved blood with wheetabix. Bet the demon bars would stock that next to yak urine. So scrunchies are now on their way to the world, is Buffy supplying the slayers with their own brand with wooden hair stakes? Cause that would be cool not to mention kinda like a slayer accessory. Anyhow, enjoyed this chapter.

Author's Response: HI Vette! Welcome back! I've actually thought about doing a family tree. I tried to do a 'dimension tree' kind of thing with the different dimensions we've visited, but gave up. It hurt my brain to try and think of them all at once! LOL! Spike the blood-a-bix king, huh? You never know! It coudl catch on! Oh, yes, Buffy would definately need to create a special Slayer scrunchie! Maybe she can give them out at the summer games later. :) Glad you liked! Will have more soon.
