Author's Response: It gives me the willies to think about what the military (any military) could do with a vengeance demon. Oh yeah major pain for both of them. A stake to the heart, plastic or not has got to hurt. Plus the wish really keys into intent and Riley wanted to cause Spike pain. Lots and lots of pain.
