Oh, the poor wolf got taken by the dead circle! He was really brave to help show them where the cave was though. Darn that Buffy didn't get to see what 'other effects' Slayer blood has on vamps ... heehee. And Go Giles! Also very brave! Can't wait to see what's in the cave...

Author's Response: Something had to illustrate just how bad and dangerous what they are up against is. Unfortunately the wolf was a necessary sacrifice :( But the action is picking up! -3hrs

Author's Response: The wolf did all he could to guide them, the rest is up to the Scoobs...and Spike :) Buffy's really missing out. Giles has his moments of awesomeness when the opportunity presents itself. I kind of wish we'd seen more of him dealing with mystical stuff first hand. You'll soon find out. - wolf
