Mmmh so the little one maybe isn't Spike's biological child... but Buffy found out a bit more about the other two. Maybe more than she liked about 'herself'.

Author's Response: She's too much like him to not be his. :) Hope you'll enjoy the rest of the chapters!

Oops, looks like I got behind on this.

You know, I do like being teased. It's like proper outdoor grilling, you have to let the coals smolder for a while to get the right sort of heat. Cultivating patience, enjoying the anticipation, the pleasure in the other things that pass the time while you're waiting. You know eventually you're getting the steak or kebabs or whatever you're waiting on but making sure the heat's just right beforehand makes it so much better when you get there.

Now I'm hungry. Great couple of chapters, the rapport they're building is about more than just sex, and even more than feelings, it's a mutual admitting of those feelings and what that means for their own self perception. It's about them coming to terms with who they are as much as it is about the other person, which is always an enjoyable layer of character building. Can't wait to see how this will eventually end up.

Author's Response: Hiiii, lovely. :) Good to see you again!

LOL! Best analogy ever, and relevant, considering the whole 'hotness' theme. I approve. What I don't approve of is all the yummy visuals, becasue you're making me hungry too! I want a kebab NOW. *pouts*

I love your way with words. That's exactly what I've been trying to achieve. I love you! :)

Gonna bring down the whole damn house! Update soon!

And I love that the blankets just love her better and come over all on their own. I want blankets like that... mine seem to be partial to the floor... or maybe that's just gravity. :)

Author's Response: Haha, wouldn't be the first time. ;) More this week!

It's a special slayer power Joss forgot to mention on the series. We're all jealous of Buffy the Blanket Whisperer, we all are.
