Xander, you desperately need to be hit by a clue-by-four. Whether Willow intends to do harm is not the point, she IS causing harm.

Xander doesn't know what's been happening, poor thing. He only knows about what happened the night they resurrected Buffy, and the memory spell from just now. Why would those two things be enough to make him distrust Willow?
