Boy, I have been waiting for an update. This chapter was sad but I hope he comes back to reality. I can understand how sometimes you just have to shut time before you lose what sanity you have left. Thanks for the update...definitely looking forward to the next one.

Two more devastating, emotional chapters. William's breakdown has brought Buffy and William's support system even closer together. William's withdrawal makes sense in the aftermath of facing hard truths about his best friends, but it's still difficult to read. The strain Buffy is under is beautifully realized, and her stalwart support of William is also well written. That last line makes me think William is planning to make an appearance at the funerals. I'm on the edge of my seat.
