Aaaaah. I get it now. Riley is one demented puppy. I guess he's just desperate and we do nonsensical things when were desperate. I do like this little twist. Buffy, I think will feel very betrayed - by both Spike and Riley - when she finds out. Looking forward to your next chapter.

*sigh* We all knew this was coming - but damn if it doesn't suck. I'm assuming that Spike stuck around the Bronze *just* long enough to see Buffy's dance with Riley. And now he's with Dru...he is really gonna kick himself for that when he finally talks with Buffy. This was a wonderful chapter - I loved your spin on the balcony scene - very hot. I feel so bad for Buffy. But even more so for Spike. He's got to be in absolute agony right now. I'm gonna try to be patient for your next update, but its gonna be reeeeeeally hard. ; )
