I'm glad Buffy's taking steps to move on with her life. And I think she'll find out that she's got a lot more time and energy once she stops hiding. I can't wait for her and Spike to have 'the talk.' They need each other. Good update.

Well, at least Darla took care of that problem, though I'm sure he didn't experience as much pain as he should have. But I have to wonder how he managed to gain such status and position in The Center without anyone ever *really* challenging him. Anywhoo, can't wait for the next update.
Author's Response: I think people challenged Daryl in the past, he was just ready for them. Darla got by a lot of his defenses by simply not appearing to be a threat. unlike most of the demons that live in The Center.
