That was cruel, i got all excited, it was gonna big the big starting to figure it all out moment. then it wasn't. but the chpater itself was super, even if you cruelly denied you're readers the explain-y ness ; ) I think it'll be worth the wait, and i think the spliiting it up makes it better, even if im all whiny about it. Oh, bad about Buffy running away from Spike, what was she thinking! argh. come on girl its Spike's lips, they're a magnet or luciousness. I loved how you brought Lorne into it and how he can 'see the future', just like his character can. I can't wait for more!

God, what a great chapter! What a great fic! Your Lorne is perfect, and the way he interacts with Buffy is wonderful and SO much fun! But, best of all is Buffy beginning to reallize her feelings for Spike. If this is what hormones do to her, maybe she should have been pregnant on the show! Count me as a devoted fan.
