So glad Giles has come around. His tacit approval means a lot to Buffy, and with her resignation from the Bureau there's no conflict of interest between our lovebirds anymore either.

So maybe it wasn't the best decision on Buffy's part to just run away from the whole situation but it did serve a good purpose. It actually got Spike off his ass to fight for their relationship. Up to this point he had been pretty frustrating, constantly hurting Buffy and just letting her go. It's time he was a bit more proactive. So Buffy was stupid for leaving, but if it gives us a big romantic ending, I'm all for it!
