What the hell? So confused. But a wonderful, amazing, confused! This story is so intriguing, you've got me on the edge of my seat waiting for the answer. Usually I dont review the first chapter- but this blew my mind. Can't wait to see where you go with this, and keep up the good work!

Author's Response: I know it might be a little confusing since the first chapter of this story actually contained a glimpse into the END of the story. Though what you see first isn't the complete end, it is leading up to it by a couple chapters. Basically It was a flash forward in the story. {Smiles} At the end of the chapter I brought us all back to where this story is actually starting to take place ... when Spike first drives into Sunnydale in Season 2. I am rewriting quite a bit of Season 2.

Author's Response: It's all for you wonderful webmistress BSB! I think I need to be careful about starting fics when the "time" is near because that made me cry when I wrote the first chapter.
