Years and years later and this is still one of my favorite post chosen fic's. No matter how many other ships I read I'll always be a spuffy girl and returning to read your stories always reminds me why that is.

another reunion fic--then you added a whole new dimension. Buffy bases her world on the fact that "she did not love Spike" . "Suddenly the world sharpens, bright and violent. when she sees Spike again. He is a "stealer of dreams" She is "action girl" Thanks for the fresh look. Your language is lovely.

And GOD, I LOVE THIS FIC!

Wonderfully depicted Spuffy interaction, just the Buffy we saw till the end of S7.

I was shocked at first by the summary, and reading on, I understood - Denial Buffy. How could we forget?

It's a really awesome fic... I can hardly explain my awe. I had just read a couple of your long fics(which I usually go for, rather than 1 shot fics) but I did not fall in love with your works until this 1. You're certainly one of my favourite Spuffy ff writers out of the thousands of fics I've read.

Your version of their reunion was not too fluffy, not much angst, but with a pinch of reality so heartfelt I held my breath and laughed together with them through out.

It cheered me up from a fight I just had with my boyfriend. With love, everything's alright. Thank you so much for sharing your fic :)

This. Is. PERFECT.

Can't say it better than that. Wonderful characterizations - the reunion is probably the best I've ever read, seriously. Buffy's non-verbalness (non-verbosity?) is so true to her, so much more so than all those Emo!Buffy reunion stories in which she rattles off flowery declarations of love. And you've got Spike just right, too - cautious and overjoyed and so loving, and still just that little bit insecure, and then playful. Absolutely, utterly gorgeous! Thank you!

Another genius work. I love the way we saw how her mind worked and how there were comparisons on how staying away from Buffy was slowly breaking Spike in a very similar way to how her coming to him was shattering her world... though he world shattered in a much better way. And Angel and his lousy sense of timing... Another piece for me to adore. Amazing.
