I love this tory. You get to the emotional underpinnings of the players and actually have them vent - rather than just locking up everything inside. I particularly like the total frustration and anger at the SG arrogance. And Angel whining ---very well done. I'm still hoping for a happy ending. Thanks!

Your story is bringing into the spotlight something that remained in the shadows in Series 5, 6 and 7 and yet had been so glaringly obvious to all of us out here: Spike had been selfless and life-enhancing and life-saving of Buffy (and Dawn) for a very long time. Finally, the girl has lift the blinkers and grown a pair; this is cathartic, dramatic writing. Run with it, go you!
