I'm so glad that I found this story here, since Buffy-Spike Central seems defunct. I'm a complete addict to this story! I totally love the dialogue; it's too bad they couldn't have expressed what they were feeling while they were feeling it, but I get that she had to process everything. I have to say that the final line in this chapter had me shaking my head, doing a double-take, and saying, "huh?" I can't wait to see what's next!

Okay, what is Buffy 9 years-old? My god. How pathetic. She hides from him. She is jealous because William has a *gasp* female assistant so she deliberately tries to hurt him by faking making a date with somebody? William isn't doing anything with Fred to make her jealous - she's just nuts. Wonder how long William will put up with this immature, flaky, indecisive behavior. It's got to be getting old for him.

Hehe, loving the jealousy thing! Buffy definitely got Spike back for playing up the whole 'flirting with Fred' thing. A little jealousy can be fun sometimes... *evil grin*. Anyway, hopefully they won't take the jealousy thing TOO far. But loving the story so far, great update as always, can't wait for more :)

I hate Fred, always did. I thought she was a clingly little phony. Okay, sorry, I'm done. Please don't have Spike take Fred to that damn party, he'll just push Buffy further away. At least I would be pushed further away by it.
I don't know, I'm almost rooting for Buffy to take off and find out how the other half lives.
I know, I know, Spike can do no wrong with alot of people but he is only human and he makes terrible mistakes like all of us.

Loved it! Who knew that game playing and jealousy could be such a turn on? I'm glad that Buffy is jealous over Fred - now she gets a taste of what William feels. Please update soon!

Faith acting as the devil's advocate, stirring Buffy up is a good plot device to keep Buffy reeling. She's finally seeing reason, but Faith's words are putting ideas in her head. It's very entertaining,

Oh, William is so smooth........and I love it......it's good he's turned the table on her and giving her room and yet making her aware he's still interested without being overly possessive.......wonderful turn around here to get Buffy on the road to finding a much happier and loving life with William.........

I love the cute interaction between Buffy and Spike..But God he's cocky! lol
Not sure if Faith is good for Buffy or not..On one hand she keeps spewing negative nonsense and plying Buffy with alchol..but on the other hand Faith makes Buffy think about William and how UNLIKE Robin he is ..*did that make sense?*
About Fred..do we need to be thinking Uh Oh?
