Hey, great couple of chapters there. Really liked the way Dru handled herself - it's not like she just rolled over and accepted Spike's decision but being prescient must certainly have played a part in her understanding of what was really happening with him. After all, you can't lose something you never actually had yeah? Also like the way Buffy's not just rolling over and taking him in with anything other than an open-mind just yet. It would cheapen the meaning of their reconciliation (can we actually say they've reconciled or are the judges still out on that one?) to have them start something up just like that on the heels of Spike's splitting with his former fiance. Yep, slowly does it seems like the best way for them to go right now though the sexual tension between them does keep us hoping that some well earned progression in their relationship is on the cards in the near future. Looking forward to more 8-)

Things just keep getting better and better between them!! yippee!!

I love the way that you described Spike..he sounds like a major hottie at this point in the story. Me thinks Buffy needs to just go ahead an jump him.. lol Just kidding..just kidding.. I'm enjoying the realistic rebuilding of their relationship.

So, I am dying to know what's going to happen when Spike leaves the hospital. Will they be able to maintain their newfound relationship??

Beautiful song, this is an amazing chapter and I appreciate Spike being honest with Dru, and the fact that Dru didn't act totally like a bitch.

It's so nice to see an update for an old favorite! I feel a little unsettled with Dru's response - a little too convenient for our Spike. And how poignant that Buffy never listened to his music until now. The song was very fitting. Great job!
