No, Spike wanting the love and admiration from Dru does not make you a bad person; however, using Dru to make you feel better when you don't feel the same way about her does make you a bad person. And not knowing the answer to that question and having to ask Tara? shows you are really stupid as well. This is the biggest problem I have with Spike. He has become such a big ass that uses people. I really hope he means it - that he wants to become a new man and follows through with it. Can't see why Buffy or any girl for that matter would want the person he has become.

Glad he finally told Buffy he loved her (It took him over 7 years to tell her, but only one hour to tell Dru, hmm.) But the fact that he is engaged and in love with Dru while kissing Buffy and professing his love for her does not make this a step to being a better man. He should have broke up with Dru first. Hopefully he can grow a pair and do the right thing for what he wants. He can't continue to love them both. In fact under the circumstances, I would be surprised if Buffy believed him. I sure wouldn't.

Excellent chapter! While we will all be in suspense with this latest development, I think it's the best kind of suspense to be in - finally one of them has gotten past their stubborness and made a move. You certainly did an excellent job of building up to this (especially if you take into consideration all of the comments you have inspired).

Well..it's about Damn time! lol Finally one of them came out and spoke the truth about how they feel.
Can't imagine how Buffy is going to react..but I hope they actually TALK..
