It was nice seeing them kick some ass, but it would have been even better if they thoroughly trounce Angel. Poor Buffy! So annoying that Spike is till hung up on that crazy slutty vampire Dru, but it does fit the story.

That was fun :) So Spike did go the whole way and made a gym for Buffy :) And she loved it - as I did the chapter. Spike has soooo fallen for Buffy - but he doesn't know it yet. And if you would ask him he would deny it ;-)

He is going to just become what she needs. Oh he is going to fight it all the way but hey are meant to be. I just hope that Buffy realizes what is happening and not push it. Giles better not mess this up for them. Love how he just made the basement up.

Is Spike existing in the land of denial or is he being truthful here? You've written this so well, it's very ambiguous and I am not sure which way I'd put my money on at the moment. I think it's quite clear that Buffy loves him and that he has strong feelings for her, but he's such a pragmatic sod, isn't he?

I do hope he sorts things out soon, before the Watcher's influence on Buffy starts to make the wrong sort of difference!

spike literally took a bullet to save her. They were so close to really emotionally connecting and they both backed away. I hope that they can figure this out before the Council/Giles and Angel get in their way.

Oh my.. it wasn't the blood in the microwave that did burn in - it was Spike! Oh my... Spike is not used to the human feelings. But it seems to me that he feels more than he is willing to confess. Buffy wanted him to say something about their relationship but he wasn't ready to talk. Seems to me he feels more for Buffy then he is able to confess. So there's still hope *g* But Buffy doesn't know that when he doesn't say it.

Ergh! Spike can be downright frustrating! Poor Buffy. I was just as confused as she was at what he was trying to say. But the whole point was he doesn't even know what he's trying to say. What can I say, but I'm hooked to this story!

Oh no! Giles tried to kill Buffy! They need a slayer they can lead - not independent Buffy with a Vampire friend! But now the Council may be her enemy.. And Spike burned his blood, huh? *gg*

How dare Giles tries to shoot Buffy... I am just glad that Spike was there. But now that Spike has saved her again, they are going to have to figure out what is really going on between them.

Did Giles try to shoot Buffy? If so, she is super forgiving. I'm not sure if I would have been the same. She makes many valid points. This definitely changes the story in a different direction. Intriguing!

So they found a routine for them including a new (old) house. Uh-huh.. but all good must come to an end: The watcher found Buffy! Looking forward that the watcher will answer to that: “Because I belong to him.” *gg*
