Loved it! Perfectly done. I especially liked how you went from the 'present' to the flashback and then back again. I think it made Spike's little surprise at the end even more effective. Love this man! Although he wouldn't have to buy me diamonds for that to happen! :)

Spike didn't expect Buffy to had such a hard life.. taking care of her sister when her mother died. He is getting more respect for her now. Loved the chapter.

So Buffy doesn't like to wait.. being seen from everybody. And when she thought Spike would kiss her he made only sure they were seen .. how disappointing for Buffy. But he was lying .. seems as if Buffy is going to get under his skin ;)
