A cliffhanger! And one instigated by three not entirely informed, not all well meaning people. They better have a good talking before someone ends up ashes. Man, such unexpected bliss throughout the whole claiming ritual, and Buffy understanding that despite her walls, she knew that Spike was the "One." Really doesn't get any better than that... though a speedy update. Always of the good. Fabulous.

love the story, can't wait for the next update. I hope that it is not to angsty, Riley will just have to deal with the new family and so will Angel. If Angel is the great grandpa of William he will protect the family with his life. I'm sure Dru will be part of the picture pretty soon. They will need her insights to help fight initiative.

Very glad to see both of them handling the whole situation rationally. Loved the explanation about William's little eye flashing thing. Pretty nifty. So glad she wants them to be a real family. Great chapter.
