I for one am glad that Spike wasn't the one to rescue Buffy. With him still being in butthole mode, I am glad he didn't have a reason to say, "told ya so." Anyway, maybe having someone interested in her, a colledge boy no less, may shake Spike up a bit. lol

man, i was hoping spike would have come to her rescue. i need a reason to like him in this fiction, because so far i really don't. i don't want her to get involved with riley, even though he seemed like a nice guy here. they always do, i'm wondering why he would even want to bother with a high school girl if he's in college. something doesn't seem right about that. well, i'm hoping nothing really happens with them. i want my spuffy.

I'm enjoying the bonding with Willow, and Spike telling her about Dru was good, too. Buffy's sexy outfit was a bit of a surprise, but it seemed to make Spike protective. Is he going to follow her? I'm looking forward to The Bronze.

I am realy glad that Spike decided to have a little share time from his end about what happened with Dru. It shows that Spike is willing to open up a bit..even if he's not completely aware that is what he is doing..

I am getting a little concerned about what happened to or with Buffy. Whatever it was must have been pretty life changing. It will be interesting to see what it's going to take for Buffy to be drawn out enough to open up..Will it be to her Mom...Williow, or will it be to Spike? I am looking forward to more!

Well, if he stops being an ass, maybe she'll tell him about it. A little disappointed that she didn't squeal on him, but I guess she's trying to be mature. I liked the bonding moment between her and Giles and that she's already good friends with Willow. I can't wait to see what happens at the Bronze. Good chapter=)

Is it bad if I think Spike's *sexy* when he's an asshole? =) I mean, he's a vampire on the show, after all.

Personally, I thought it was uber-hot when he told her to get out of the car. Not saying I'll be disappointed when spuffy goodness starts. Just saying I don't mind plots that actually have... well... conflict. Go you. =)
