Hah! The bed had some assembly required... Excellent! Spike getting help from that demon to lug it through the sewers, and then all busy putting the bed together was the cutest thing.

Wait a minute... I'm having one of my senior moments! Is Kendra already gone? I guess she must be, right? Does it mean that Faith will be thrown into the mix anyday now? :-)

I feel so sad for Willow... that's pretty much the only downside to Buffy becoming a vampire. Her friends all abandoned =/ Oh well, it seems like you have something in plan for Willow? ... with the attention you're giving her. Hopefully, you do. Great story!

So Buffy likes what she sees.. especially her bite-mark on Spike. And yeah, indeed a nice way to get a wake up call :)
(*rereads* They are using a sarcophagus for a bed? And now Spike partly broke it *gg*)
At last Spike does appreciate Buffy. And Spike is sure pleased to hear that Buffy only thinks of (concentrates on) him. Drusilla was always yearning for Angelus.
Buffy saw a wrought-iron canopy bed. I wonder if Spike will get it for her...
I'm still enjoying the good times before the angst starts :))

The smell of freedom in here... Concerning the chapter before, I found the picture you drew of Snyder completely fitting. Now we finally have learned why exactly he was principal! I'm so not sad about his death. When Buffy asked Spike to put him into an embarassing position I broke out laughing.

Probably I shouldn't say that, but I liked the scene in the shop. Just imagine you were free to take whatever you want! And I like the way you make them fit together. He feels complete with her, and that's adorable. Can't wait to see the angst coming along, though... ;)

You don't have to pout, unless you want to. If you're half as hot as you write, that'd be one damn sexy pout. ;) Still loving this story. I like the timing of this fic, set before Buffy got too jaded. She still has a lot of that girlish innocence that is very awesome to read when it's twisted to be on the darker side. And Spike, of course, is making a wonderful guide to the vamp world without losing his die-hard romantic streak. Anxiously anticipating the next chapter!

I highly doubt you need to resort to pouting in order to get people to review. *grins*

I love the absolute passion that exists between Buffy and Spike right now. The wake-up Buffy gave Spike was fabulous, and the scene in the shop was great, too. I'm glad Spike vetoed the pink halter... it echoes of Harmony, and we just can't have that.

Great job as always. Looking forward to the next chapter.
