Couple of notes:

* as in another of your fics, you have Buffy wondering about "stuffing" something up... this is NOT an American phrase. Buffy would more likely worry about messing or screwing something up.

*I wouldn't have bothered to even mention the above, but you used the sentence:
“Of course.” Spike rose from the table. “We’ll be off. Night all.”
I think you meant "William."

Had to comment. Found this story when someone posted a comment in the Find-a-Fic forum. Normal Again was one of my favorite episodes. I never saw the series in the same way again after that. I love how you explained Buffy's psychotic break. Great story. I am going to read some of your other fic. Hope you have not stopped writing, regardless the geńre.

Very interesting concept - I always thought this was a great episode that they didn't fully exploit. I don't know how to feel about the premise that the institution was real. Good story! I'll keep an eye out to see if you return to Spuffy.

PERFECT!!! It brought real tears to my eyes.. I can't believe that I'm crying.. Oh gosh. I never expected this ending.. She really got her Spike back! I'm so glad that Will accepted his Spike part. They are one now more than ever. Simply divine!

Gahhh, 'seeing' Giles again actually made me cry! Poor Buffy, she must miss her old life so much- even if she does have William.

You're right, Buffy making up to Joyce / accepting her apology was important, so was talking to her dad.

I really enjoyed this missing chapter... no need to be embarrassed that you forgot to post it though, we all make mistakes. :D Now on to my review... The interaction between Buffy and her parents was wonderful. It's good to know the story closed with Buffy and her parents in a good place. Fantastic update! :D
