You write with such beauty and such heart ache and so much depth of both these characters - the tragic of their contrast to love when their lives are in such despair.

I think this is my favorite line of the piece - it just drops down and crushes the heart.

Spectacular work; every word had so much depth and beauty and really hit the nail right on the head. I'd absolutely LOVE it if you did something similar to this for other Spuffy moments, like the times right before the closing of the Hellmouth and maybe after the rape. But, damn, that first paragraph made me wish I could write something as beautiful and deep and spot-on as that. Just awesome!

That was incredible. Well done!!! Your descriptions of the scene was beautiful and I think you really captured what they felt and how Buffy's emotions might have been changing before stupid Riley showed up. Excellent Job!!!
