Author's Response: Well, I gave the band credit, which was the version I was thinking of at the time. Their song came first and then it was used for the movie, so I didn't feel that I had to mention it.

Good development, though lot of it followed a very familiar pattern for high school fics, but then again - that's what this is. :) Buffy seeming to be against abortion felt a bit out of character.

Author's Response: Um, how is that out of character? Buffy didn't really say anything about abortion, Dawn was the one that was against it. And I like to think that since this is an all human fiction, it's allowed to be a little out of character.

Buffy is lucky is wasn't her that is pregnant. I guess when the first shock is over Dawn will be supported by Xander and her family.

I like this chapter. I think that you should include in the story Addie being charged for attempted murder for trying to hurt Buffy while she was in the hospital. I think that Hank should tell her that it is up to her. She agrees to do it because it will offer her closure to that part of her life. And then after court Buffy can go and visit her mother's grave and tell her about everything. I think that Spike should propose on high school graduation. I really like this story and think that you are doing great.
