Angelus fears what is to come? He doesn't know that he is about to get his soul back....
Buffy seemed to listen to Spike when he tried to explain, especially after she noticed that Spike was indeed in pain fighting back. And when she let Xander beat Spike. I'm glad she stopped it then, stopped Xander. Maybe Spike got his soul back now after all.
Now I wonder what they'll do with that information; and with the Initiative.

Oh it was a spell to lead Spike to his destiny? Yeah, that things can be a bit tricky.
Spike was right to fear the loss (lacking) of the soul would get noticed. Too bad nobody noticed how hurt Spike was when escaping. Looking forward to what will happen next.

:) Clever way to get Xander off the door. Spike had almost confessed (about the chip maybe)... but bad timing for Willow to disturb. ~ Now I'm very curious what Dru did.
