Oh dear! Hope that Spike doesn't go to jail for going homicidal on Riley. Really, jerk Riley is not worth the jail sentence. Perhaps as Spike is approaching Riley a car can fishtail and slam into the big hall monitor and toss him a few feet away. If he lands on his head then it would be justice and Buffy can visit him at the hospital to give him a piece of her mind and press charges. Look forward to more chapters.

I love this story. One thing though - closing time in California is two am so Spike can't be drinking at 2:30 AM at a bar, not even one he bought before two am. Other than that great chapter. I like how you're drawing the two of them so close to real people, even your misunderstanding was realistically written. Hope you keep posting frequently and I'm on to read more now. Thanks!!

Author's Response: I had no idea, thanks for informing me! Here in Sweden you can still order a drink at 3 AM, the thought that it was different in California didn't occur to me. Hmm, I wonder what will happen now...lol! I've said it before and I'll say it again, Riley's an idiot. All he cares about is himself, but I'm glad Buffy is okay.
