Excellent chapter. Love that Buffy was strong enough to not let things go too far until she knows more about Spike. It's one thing to love somebody, but it's another let that love blond you to reason. Love's blind, but 'True love' is seeing somebody flaw and all....and I believe that's what Spike & Buffy have.

Angel is telling secrets... he sounds as if Spike has killed Drusilla. I wonder if he really believes that.
Spike was so drunk that he almost proved Angel right. Angel spoke of hitting Dru. Yeah, that's right, Spike did that but only because of the fun Dru had. So he can't so easily answer the question with 'yes, Angel is right'. Wonder what Buffy will say now.
