Very well done!! Love the sweet gesture of caring about what she was grumpy about, and then going thru the motions of putting it together - even if he dreaded every minute of it....but, then again, that's our Spike, isn't it?

Hullo. I also reviewed this chapter on AFF.net but figured what the hell. Again, this is an awesome fic, I love the whole, 'Spike standing up for Buffy' thing, further proving that in the demon, there CAN be some good. Still loving it

i loved this chapter ....way to go spike loving how he protects whats his....i havent had a bad thing to say about this story because there is nothing bad about it...i wonder what will happen at the bronze if buffy and spike start dancing together....maybe sneak in the corner and have a little fun? maybe who knows...keep it up....this is one of my favorite stories to read everyday that i come on here

Yeah, I shouldn't be lovin' it either, but I do, Buffy-girl. lol That last part of the chapter rocked!! It just brought a big, ole' smile to my face the way Buffy could play with that moron and then adding Spike into the mixture was like the cherry on top! *bg* I'm glad that Buffy is reconnecting with her friends, but I also love how she is chaning and maturing and beginning to see those changes in herself. Keep it coming!!

I've been following this story and the others on your site and have been wanting to review but haven't had the chance. I think that you have a way with plot and words and with each fic I see your writing getting better and better. This is a great fic and I love pre-chip Spike...MORE also--more Stranded please?? With chocolate covered Spike on top??

I love the way that you are building all of these layers for both Buffy and Spike and making this relationship so gradual and believable. I love how they are with the baby, always knew Spike would be a good father, and I guess you did too. Please keep up the good work!

Beautiful. What a reunion...how it should have gone the first time. I love the pace that you are moving this story at. You've given Spike and Buffy time to establish trust and an emotional connection w/o dragging things out. Also, the Blake/Spike moments were too precious. More family time soon!! It's an amazing plot twist. I adore this story. Spike, Buffy and Blake are wonderful characters in this story.
