I think you did a great job of keeping Buffy being Buffy, though slightly older and more mature about how important her cup size is and what it matters to her. Also, before she even has time to worry if Spike might notice or prefer her the other way or somehting, he's there telling her she's beautiful and they cross *another* line in their weekly sessions about feeding. Don't know if the next chapter will skip forward or show what this chapter ended with, but I can't wait to read the reactions!

He just needs a pipe to smoke and a fluffy cat to pet.” AND Giles could lead a cult. A cult of tweed.” AND After several turns, she realized it was officially true. Her boobs were shrinking. ROFL, nearly peed my pants. And you have WIllow-speak pegged so beautifully.

I always write the speech part of the chapter first, sometimes not even bothering with 'he said,' 'she said,' and what they're doing as they talk until later, then I go back and put it in. SQUEE - he gave a key to his place... can't wait to see when and why she'll use the first time. Okay, pulling my mind out of the gutter so I can reivew now, lol. I love all the sparring they did, how nonchalent Spike is about his abiities. And then he had to do the sexiest thing EVER... keep making remarks about her hair, playing with it, stroking it... sighs - he's smitten. I was glad to see Buffy didn't get too upset when they talked about his past and the other two slayers. Too often in fanfic, she gets all bent out of shape, and while I understand that - its refreshing to see a Buffy who accepts it because hey, vampire here. So bravo, I loved it as I did the entire chapter sweety. Huggles.

Author's Response: Hmm, well Buffy might not actually be using the key until they have a fight. A really big fight... And I'll leave you wondering. :) Glad you liked the sparring and Spike playing with her hair. As for Buffy not being upset about the Slayers, well she's had a different relationship with this Spike than canon Buffy. As well as the fact that there doesn't seem to be any reason to single out the Slayer deaths as special, out of all the people he's killed, since her being the Slayer hasn't put her in danger from him. (And the whole 'all the people he's killed' thing will come up again). I guess in this chapter, it's sort of like a less harsh FFL. She wants to be a better Slayer, so she's asking about the Slayers he's taken out. Anyway, glad you liked the chapter, and thanks for reviewing!

Great chapter. They are sooo cute together. I seriously love this story and can't wait for the next chapter. I wonder how the others are going to find out about Spike...
