Cordelia's remark wasn't what Buffy wanted to hear. Buffy was embarrassed because she was seen with Spike... even more that the other could think that she knows him very very well. So no money from Spike to make up for his fault then (if he even has it?).

Anya is fun :) ~ So Spike really wants to see Buffy again aka give her the phone back. If Buffy (well more Cordelia then Buffy, Buffy was only reacting a bit awkward when talking to Willow) / Cordelia reacted that way for Willow I wonder what the others will say when Spike arrives at the party ;-)

7) No chance for Spike to get Dru back it seems. Ohhh and that's were Buffy mobile phone had been. That's why she thought no way that she'll get that back.

4) And they almost got along well :) But only for a moment.
5) Seems even Joyce couldn't get Buffy 100% out of the situation. No shiny car and no party...
But I guess Buffy will drive more carefully next time. And Spike really got a new song stuck in his head.

1) Cool :) I haven't read this one. But I remember reading that you said you wanted to write more of this one... so I'm looking forward to read more :))
What a first meeting... not easy to forget. Poor Z4. Mobile phone and talking and driving quickly were too much for Buffy, hmmm...
2) Both are very upset now because of their cars.... LOL (sorry, but it was too funny even not for Buffy). She forgot the brake? Now the car it totally gone... bye bye Z4.

Yeah, I admit it, I stalked your sight and read it over and over and over again because it's that good. And because I prayed repeatedly for that tantalizing Part 2. But seriously, your characterizations and voices are perfect.

But thanks for posting it and for giving me an excuse to read it...again. And again. :)

Author's Response: Ha, I apologize for waving around the possibility of a Part 2 for so long. Now that HDL is done it seems a lot more feasible, though. I'm hoping to work on it again soon. And thanks for the kind words. I'm glad it's worthy of rereads. :)

I'm so glad you've posted this - I read it back at your site (admittedly more than once) and I've always wanted to know if you'll be continuing on with it? Like if there's going to be a second part to it at all? I love this story so much, it'd be great if there was more planned

I read this back on your site, probably 2 or 3 times. I'm so glad you're posting it here. It means (hopefully) that you'll pick it up again and perhaps finish? ;) I've always enjoyed your work, it's always fun and funny when it needs to be. You capture each character and give them a believability no matter the content. You're one of the remaining few authors from what I like to call "back in the day" that is still writing, or if not actually updating, you're letting people know you're still around and still amazing. Glad to see you're back! can't wait for more updates!

Author's Response: Thanks for the lovely compliments, Melissa. And while I don't have a lot of time for fanfic writing these days, I am back on board -- just finished up the Bunnies saga and my next plan, when I have the time, is to continue this. :)
