Love Buffy's rambling, and sweet Spike! It's amazing how you can make us feel so sorry for Spike through each chapter without really metioning his past that much. At least I feel that way :) Great update!

I really liked the ending of this chapter, mostly because Spike took intiative to touch her. Buffy's parents really don't seem to be that great, but maybe they're just worried.
