I love the way you showed how Spike is still very much the gentleman despite his immature behavior in the past (chucking casino chips). He wants Buffy, but wants her fully lucid when they do the deed. They are definitely playing a dangerous game of "let's not get caught" with the unintentional sleepover. I can't wait to see Spike filming the meet the family week. I'm sure he'll find a way to ingratiate himself with Joyce and Dawn, if she's in the story.

I liked learning more back story about how Spike came to be in Los Angeles and his cooled singing career. i can see how his manager and girlfriend's cheating would sour him on the music. Spike's chivalrous conduct with a drunken Buffy makes me like him even more. The inadvertent first night together was charming.
Spike trying to will Angel into giving the rose to Lilah was funny. Poor guy, he's going to have to endure his girl going out with the big pillock. Again! At least Spike will get to meet the family, too. That should be fun!

Awe :) Drunken Buffy was indeed cute but Spike was the perfect gentleman. Though I feared Spike was in trouble now, being late for his meeting - good to see he was lucky.

AWW I love Spike being a gentleman and not taking advantage of Buffy while she was so drunk. So cute when B admitted she liked him and wouldn't regret anything. :) And Spike knows that Buffy is staying to help Faith.

I am so glad that Spike didn't take advantage when she was drunk. I was worried they would sleep together and that regrets would be had in the morning, luckily that didn't happen.
