When I read this on my phone—yes, my cell phone, I became very giddy. This review is a bit late, but had to wait until I had free time at home (can’t review on my work computer) so here goes:

You melded canon elements within your story in a completely effective way. Your Spike and Dru moments are very on-point (against the wall), including the Angel dynamics. I can very much envision a human, clairvoyant-Dru foreseeing her own death and trying to prepare Spike for what is to come. I think I remember reading about a human, Spike-in-a-wheelchair-fic that wasn’t finished more than 5 years ago. Your perspective on Spike-alone has got me hooked.

I’m glad to read that you’re a first-time writer with TIME to cater to her muse. I look forward to reading more of your wonderful chapters. Here’s me shaking my pom-poms saying, “Go, You!”
