I like the premise of this story, but there are numerous basic grammatical mistakes that make it difficult to read. I'm not trying to be rude, but I just wanted to let you know. You should look for a beta. He/she could help you with that. Or at the very least be a second pair of eyes.

Cute chappie. The banners are really nice. Only one thing, at the beginning you said Angel was on the team, but his pic isn't there. Gunn's pic is, but wasn't in the line-up. Sorry to point this out, just a little confusion. Otherwise looking forward to the next chapter.

This is gonna be a cool story. I really like everything about it. The nicknames you gave everyone was a great touch. The banner is to die for. Maybe there will be one with Spike I mean the guys on it. LOL. Oh and shit brown eyes-nice touch. Really liked the comparison. The whole Spike oozing sex at first sight was really good too. Glad he kicked some shit brown eyed ass too. Good for him. Now, will Buffy's team and Spike's be going up against eachother? I'm thinking so. Love ur story girl. Coming up with their 'track names' was my fave part really, I tried really hard to make them suiting to the person (none perhaps as good as Screech - Dawn's screaming scenes always left me half-deaf for a few days after watching) Thanks about the banner, I know it's nothing spectacular but trying to find all white background pictures of them was uber hard so I really appreciate you noticed it :) The guys banner will be posted next week with the second chappy. Love this idea! Although in my league, men and women's teams aren't allowed to compete against each other, it might be different in other areas. I can totally imagine Buffy and Spike as totally BA jammers. I love the names too! Keep up the great work!

Author's Response: Thank you so much, I admittedly don't know much about it - i assumed men vs women would be something not allowed but for the sake of the story I decided it was ok lol. If you have any advice about Roller Derby i would love to hear it, and i think it's awesome that you play!!!

I like the humor and cutting remarks you have added to their characters. I also like the fact you have brought him in as a gentleman and her as a young lady even though they are in a hard sport like roller derby.
