I have a feeling that Riley won't get the answer that he is expecting - Buffy has second thoughts. Maybe lost the rose-colored glasses when it comes to Riley (to see things through rose-colored glasses regarding him). He didn't even ask if Buffy liked the house before the made the payment, right?

Author's Response: Nope, Riley didn't. He's very much a take charge man in this alternate universe! And you're right...Buffy is starting to lose her rose colored glasses rapidly.
