This story is really difficult to follow. There are tons of mistakes: spelling, grammatical, and even proper nouns and the beginning of sentences are not even capitalized. You really should check your work before you post and invest in a beta.

The characters seems to act strange and Spikes chip was taken out in season 7.

Interesting so far, but why woul Dawn say she could ressurect Spike when she new he was alive? Was it to get around the spell Angel put on her?
