Great chapter! Loved the last few chapters of nothin' but Spuffy lovin'. Knew the outside world and that bi-atch would intrude soon enough! Can't wait for Spike to turn Eve's little media circus around onto her! I have faith that things will be okay with them. Just wish Spike did too. Hmmm, maybe if they'd spent more time talkin' and less time shaggin' he'd have a little more, ya think? ..... NAH!!!! LOL! Can't wait for Wednesday's update!

Knew the circus was coming. I think the bonding they did will have them better prepared this time. Hate that whole step-sister label, I understand Buffy's point of view on that. She is stronger now, Spike should keep the faith. Eve will get hers.

Please update soon, I can hardly stand the anticipation of it all - and especially how Spike is going to handle Eve.

Well, we all knew it was inevitable. I really like the way Spike and Buffy spent some time talking at the beginning of the chapter. However, I dislike that Spike has so little faith in Buffy and her desire to make it work this time, that he already believes he's going to lose her again. Here's hoping that this time, Buffy proves she's serious about the relationship and is willing to make the effort to hang in there. I want Spike to be pleasantly surprised by the gumption she shows in sticking with it.

And I'm really hoping you wouldn't be so cruel as to drag your readers through a second separation period after all Buffy and Spike have been through. I would still keep reading, but it would be hard to read. Obviously, we knew this was coming, that Eve wouldn't just lie down and take it (and this is a completely realistic response, so nice job). But I hope Buffy and Spike believe in themselves, each other, and their relationship enough to weather this.

Will we be getting Robin's reaction to all of this, especially since it's quite literally affecting his school?

OK, these two have been through the ringer ... more angsty situations than many couples would ever make it through. (Heck, I barely made it through, and I am just a little ole reader, tee hee).

I think that instead of letting their history be their undoing they have become stronger from all that has transpired.

They know what it is like to live together and they know how miserable it is to be apart. They both only feel "whole" when they are together ... in RL that is rare and it is also a powerful weapon to be used for whatever tries to get in someone's way . Not to mention that they have both matured so much during their 3 years apart.

I think that this chapter was very well written and what probably would have transpired in RL. Personally, I have faith in them as a couple now. She trusts him and I just know that he will not let her down. (and hopefully vice versa)

I am going to buckle up and be ready for the ride ... hopefully it'll be swift and strong.
