I think a sequel would be great. Spike could be the one who doesn't remember (except in flashes) and Buffy could be the insecure woman we all love who helps him remember.

That was lovely. Love Spike's inner monologue.

Okay, I love a good heart wrenching good bye, but find it a bit hard to belief that Buffy and her inner slayer would shut out the raging battle for the same kind of drawn out teary good bye she and Angel had on the original episode... including the fact that she would rather the world end with everybody dying rather than just her one true love... but barring that I still enjoy the tearful good bye and really think it adds interesting depth to Spike and Buffy's final good bye if he had this memory.

Figured he would, always likes to wallow in what can never be that one. Great chapter.

That's a bit of ominous right there. Not quite sure why going to the oracles is all of the dark magic, but it would stand to reason that the white magic is all tapped out. Great chapter, dark and depressing though it is.

Definitely thinking a SEQUEL is a must here! There are quite a few ways to go about doing it to tell ya the truth. I'd be more than happy to help you out with it. I'm a writer too, but I've never posted anything online before, don't rightly know how to go about doin just that. So maybe you could help me too huh? I could beta for you, or whatever they call it. Proofread, edit, whatev. If not, cool. But I would like your advice on how to go about furthering what I'm doing if nothing else. None of my friends are really writers, so its hard for them to help out with story organization, or plot flow, or even just telling me if my latest poem sucks. Ah crap. Sorry, I'm babbling. Tends to happen. What can I say? Words are my thing. Hehehe. Email me if you want and we can chat maybe tennmodine@aol.com Thanks. Good job by the way!

should you do a sequel... SHOULD YOU DO A SEQUEL!!!!!! what kind of a question is that, OF COURSE YOU SHOULD DO A SEQUEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was sucha sweet, romanitc, heroic and tense story. it reduced me to tears as soon as i realised what Spike was gonna do! Great way of talking 'I will remember you' and having it mixed with 'Chosen'. it was so detailed and descriptive, and i loved it. If you want ideas as to how you should pick it up and continue, how about Buffy going on a quest to find Spike again. If you wanted to do another Angel stroyline tie in with Buffy sort of thing like you did with 'I will rememebr you' and 'chosen', how about using Angel, season 2's episode 'The Trials' - where Angel has to go through the trials to save Darla. Just a thought. I really did love it. Please do a sequel. (Plus the whole chapter was so Whistler like, and really had an amazing effect.)

OH, I like this turn. To swallow the day. How many times do we all wish we could just do that. (Bloody good episode of Angel that on is, too.) Eagerly awaiting the next chapter.

Buffy, the cost of one to save them all... its not fun, but you can't save everyone in war without the risk of killing them all. Where's Wesley and his battle strategy when you need him. Hrmph... Well, can't wait to see what Spike is up to. Good emotional chapter.

You want Spuffyness? Me too. I so hope it won't end like in the series ... looking for the solution of this cliffhanger. Cordykitten
