I get what she means...she'll have the memories, and the feelings...but this Buffy can make the choice of whether to go with what that Buffy felt or what she chooses to feel instead...spike is going to be an example of this...

OK, that was awesome. I love this story. Can't wait to read more. Penance for Buffy in this form is great. She see's the ere of her ways and hopefully everything will work out.

I almost didn't read this story. Now I'm glad I started. I just got done reading this chapter, and amazingly enough... of all your stories (and I LOVE them all, mind you), this is turning into one of my favorites, from what I read so far. I'm off to read some more.

I've no idea why you feel unsure about this story. It's one of your best ones. You're developing it at a great pace--not too rushed, but not too slowly either. And I really like how you've portrayed Angel, for some reason. You seem to have him down pat. Good going :)
