awww. i cried my first official tears for this fic reading this chapter. *sigh* you really made up for the angst of Spike's MIA status with this one. I loved, loved Buffy's little speech to Will about why there wouldn't be badness if Spike came back. (so glad that Spike's a "lurker"!) I can't wait to see "the talk" happen so they can get to the smoochage. I have an idea who 'the guy' with Faith is, but I think you could still surprise me, so I won't say. Plus I don't want to ruin the surprise for others if I'm right. But if it is who I think it is...then I think there is really some room to explore the ambiguity between Faith and this 'guy', and his new found darkness. Oooh, I hope it is who I think it is!

I didn't like it - I LOVED it. :)) Fun to read, too. Loved especially that they spoke together, to get clear again. And thinking about Angel to tell him that Spike has a soul now :))

oooh, you are eeevil! i love the easy sisterly banter between Buffy and Dawn that the writers neglected in season 7 of BtVS. your dialogue seems so natural and consistent with the show's characters. great job! loving the plot too. i hope Spike gets the package in time. oh the horror of cliffhangers! can't wait for more!
