I'm so excited for the mixing of the Buffy and Angel world!! I know it couldn't be done in reality, so I am always glad when it can be in fan fiction. This is one of the two time periods I most wanted a crossover to happend (the other being season 7 and 4 respectively). I can't wait for Buffy to confront DarkAngel and learn that dear, old Darla is aback. hehehe! I love too that Buffy is being honest and open with Spike, not being her usual closed off self in order to protect her heart. But then that's hard to do with Spike. :) This story so rocks. I also can't wait for the prophecy to be true. *bg*

Can't you just send Riley out to the jungle? I understand the angst is necessary for a good story, but he just gets on my last freakin' nerve. I know Buffy's afraid, and when she gets afraid she pushes people away. That's Buffy. But it still is infuriating and pisses me off. Bah! And I didn't like how Spike let her use sex to not talk about the issues they have. I guess the honeymoon's over, eh? *pouts* Guess I better stock up on the Ben & Jerry's. Great chapter Ashlee, even if Buffy and Riley are pissing me off. Spike's entreaty to Buffy that he loved her and was terrified of losing her was incredible. How Buffy can be so cold to him is beyond me.
