I don't think Spike should return once he goes though the portal. His wifes shagging someone else and she doesn't seem that bothered either. At least in the oher world he has friends. I stil don't get why she let them wipe her memory.

Yes, Buffy is with Riley as she was at the beginning of Season 5, but I’m trying to keep in canon and perhaps give another reason why she won’t commit to him as he wants! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD UPDATE QUICKLY!!!!!! Had to get that out because that was the first thought I had after reading the last sentence. Great job and a new twist on the Something Blue episode. The dialogue was good and stayed true to the characters even right down to the scoobies protesting the marriage. Keep em coming (That sounded different in my head cuz I mean that in a clean way)
